Direction: Intellectual Capital of Foreign Banks and Cultural Differences (Sino-
French)
Summary: In December 2006, China promulgated relevant laws to fully open up to foreign investment. In the past seven years, domestic banking business income has grown rapidly, with an average annual growth rate of 13%. However, the existing research focuses on the tangible assets of commercial banks. For banks that focus on knowledge and human management, invisible assets are also very important. The influence of intellectual capital on bank performance is very important. In the existing research, intellectual capital includes human capital, structural capital and relational capital, all of which are related to culture. Therefore, this study starts with the cultural differences between China and France to study the influence of culture on intellectual capital.
Research plan: This paper plans to use a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to conduct research. The questionnaires are collected from foreign banks and summarized and analyzed, and the data are summarized by corresponding methods, and the relationship between cultural differences and intellectual capital is obtained.

Title: An Analysis of Internal Cultural Differences in Small and Medium Multinational Enterprises — A Case Study of GDA, the Global Association of Doctor of Business Administration
Duration: Jan. 2019-Jul. 2019
Summary: When worked in a newly established Sino–French multinational company, it was found that internal contradictions often appeared and the communication efficiency between Chinese and French employees was low. To solve the problem of communication among employees with different cultural backgrounds, based on Hofstede‘s national culture analysis theory and the seven–level theory of national culture, the analysis framework was constructed. By collecting the data and cases of the company from 2017 to 2019, SPSS was used for data classification and summary and project analysis. Combined with comparative and qualitative analysis, it was found that due to the national conditions and cultural differences between China and France, the ways and attitudes of Chinese and French employees were different when dealing with problems, resulting in ambiguity, which led to the occurrence of touchy issues and thus affected the work efficiency.
Conclusions: There are diverse enterprise cultures and cross–cultural management under different cultural backgrounds requires the identification of different cultural backgrounds of managers and employees, the development of cultural identity to establish cross–cultural communication mechanisms.
Major Works: case data allocation, questionnaires distribution, data analysis and summary, manuscript drafting.
